Dr. Rubaina “Ruby” Dang is a licensed naturopathic doctor and a recognized voice in integrative medicine, with a focus on hormones, gut health, and dermatology. She earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University and completed a residency in primary care at Bastyr University California. She graduated with honors from UC San Diego with a B.S. in Clinical Psychology and Neuroscience, and has pursued advanced training in longevity medicine and women’s health. Her work centers on the skin-gut-hormone axis, and she is known for finding the underlying drivers of conditions that routine testing often misses.

Her clinical expertise includes PCOS/PMOS, endometriosis, irregular cycles, and preconception support, along with acne, eczema, hair loss, and digestive issues. She is often the provider women turn to after being told their labs are normal while they still know something is off. She takes every symptom seriously and builds each plan from detailed history, functional testing, nutrition, and targeted supplementation.

Dr. Dang has served as primary investigator on multiple clinical trials in integrative medicine and is a contributing author to LearnSkin, an integrative dermatology education platform, with several publications to her name. She speaks at medical conferences nationwide, educating fellow providers on advances in integrative and functional women’s health. A lifelong learner, she is always studying new research in women’s health and longevity, and she is a committed advocate for the women she works with.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Dang loves to work out, spend time in nature, and travel internationally. She often spends a weekend unplugging at a silent meditation retreat, and she is passionate about food as medicine. She feels deeply grateful to support the women who trust her with their care.
